Job description

This dynamic position supports clinical programs and services and quality improvement initiatives within the Regal North regional operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Operations, this position works across departments to support optimal medical management and clinical service delivery for members. This position includes effectively communicating and interpreting clinical and non-clinical information for use with a variety of stakeholders, including leaders in different department. This position coordinates efforts of internal teams and guides resources, and may include facilitating high-level multi-disciplinary meetings and discussions. This position also functions as a clinical resource for regional administrators and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $104,000 annually however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
