Engineer I - Drainage

RK&K is currently hiring a Drainage Engineer for our team in Tampa , FL . As a Drainage Engineer with RK&K, your responsibilities will include design and analysis of drainage facilities. Projects will include, but not be limited to new roadways, widenings, resurfacings, and multimodal improvements. Essential Functions: - Basin delineations and runoff calculations - H&H modeling support, GIS analysis - Prepare drainage maps , storm drain layouts , cross section s , and detail sheets - Calculate quantities and prepare construction cost estimates - Support preparation of design documentation - Support preparation of spread calculations, ditch calculations, storm tabulations, etc. - H&H modeling support, GIS analysis - Work with other disciplines on creative solutions to design challenges Required Skills & Experience: - Zero (0) to Two (2) years of experience in drainage design - Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field - Engineering Intern (E.I.) license in FL or ability to obtain within six (6) months Preferred Skills & Experience: - Open Roads Designer - ArcPro Other Duties: This job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abi...
