CORE JOB SUMMARY: The Payroll Analyst 1 provides timely and accurate payroll processing by reviewing and ensuring accuracy of payroll calculations. This role performs tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records including updates to pay, deduction, benefits and tax withholding records for students, staff, faculty and administrators. Key responsibilities include the review and analysis of system-generated reports during the preliminary and post payroll process, customer service support for all pay related issues of basic complexity and timekeeping system and clock troubleshooting. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Assists with bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing responsibilities during the pre and post process by reviewing assigned duties and taking corrective action as needed. 2.
