Job description

The Distributed Systems Research group at MongoDB advances the correctness, reliability, and efficiency of our distributed systems using principled approaches and lightweight formal modeling. The group works on novel distributed protocol design, verification, and implementation to support MongoDB, applying formal methods to identify and resolve distributed systems and concurrency issues. Internships in this group may involve a mix of design, implementation, and validation depending on the project. What we are looking for in you - In the process of receiving a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields. Exceptional Bachelor’s and Master’s students will be considered as well. - Have a foundation in distributed systems and lightweight formal methods - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
