Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change and Future Skills Development Lead to play a pivotal role in enabling organisational transformation. This role focuses on ensuring colleagues have the skills, confidence and support to successfully adopt new ways of working, with a strong emphasis on AI capability building and digital enablement.
