About the team The Enterprise Applications Engineering team builds and supports the internal platforms and tools that help Zillow employees work more efficiently. This team partners across Product, People, Technology, and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure solutions that improve day-to-day productivity across the company. About the role: Join Zillow as a Senior ServiceNow Developer and help shape the internal systems that power how work gets done. In this role, you’ll design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve business problems, and influence engineering standards that improve employee productivity, platform reliability, and long-term maintainability across Zillow. You Will Get To: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve employee productivity and support Zillow’s internal business operations. Serve as a senior technical expert for the ServiceNow platform by setting engineering standards, reviewing code, and mentoring teammates.
