We only take on projects when we believe our clients will achieve significant results. We tie a substantial portion of our fees to our clients’ achieving the targeted results. A few examples include: United States Air Force is deploying Theory of Constraints across its bases worldwide to improve availability of aircraft and streamline operations. We are already achieving great results, including a 50% reduction in scheduled maintenance times at one base and a 50+% increase in daily aircraft availability at another.
