POSITION OBJECTIVES: - Maintain general housekeeping. - Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality per customer requirements both before and after product is packed. - Keep work areas clean and organized. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Perform assignments on all lines as specified by Line Supervisor. - Transport trash to proper area. - Take designated supplies to line. - Perform required housekeeping to keep work areas clean such as sweeping floors, putting trash in trash containers and picking up product from floor. - Place product or scrap into designated color coded containers. - Visually identify quality of product before it is placed on line. Removes/sorts unacceptable product. - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.'s) at all times. - Verbally communicate instructions, problems, etc. to co-workers, supervisors and employees from all departments. - Work in close-proximity to co-workers. - Meet company attendance standards...
