Overview As a Lead Server at The Source, located in the Suncadia Lodge, you will be responsible for providing a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. With impeccable communication you'll coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure that guest needs are met. As the individual with the longest and closest contact with guests, you will have the ability to create memorable guest experiences and influence their impression of the restaurant. As trusted Lead in the front-of-house team, you'll assist restaurant leadership in the training and coordinating of the work of other servers. We are looking for three new lead servers, one to work the AM shift and two to work the PM shift. Salary: $18.13/hour: There's no place like Suncadia.
