The City is no longer using ESS to accept applications. *Current Employees please include your ERN on your cover letter and resume. - Under general direction of a Borough Chief of Recreation, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, develop, deliver and coordinate youth programming boroughwide. - Assess training and certification needs of Recreation staff leading afterschool, sports, and summer camp; assist with the scheduling, planning and implementation of staff trainings. - Recruit and process seasonal staff related to youth programs. - Develop evaluation tools and processes for youth related programs including sports, afterschool and summer camp. - Assist with the management of and planning of youth programs in a borough. - Manage the borough Certificate of Occupancy and Letter of No Objection program and status for facilities tied to youth programming.
