General Description: The Tax Manager position serves as the operational lead for the firm’s tax function. Working under the direction of the Tax Director, this role will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax filings, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives. The Tax Manager monitors tax law developments, maintains strong internal controls and documentation, and provides guidance to leadership on tax matters that affect business decisions. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: Tax Compliance - Manage preparation, review, and filing of corporate income and indirect tax returns. - Ensure timely and accurate compliance across all jurisdictions. - Coordinate with external advisors and review deliverables prior to submission.
