The Customer Experience Representative Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the customer service experience for video, high-speed internet, and telephone services for residential and commercial customers. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the telecommunications industry while developing communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
