Responsive recruiter Benefits: TURQUOISE PLACE FRONT DESK MANAGER The Front Desk Manager is responsible for supporting the Front Desk, team by ensuring a high level of team and guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and promoting Spectrum values. - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Training & development - Vision insurance Job Duties: - Supervise the Front Desk team to include scheduling, hiring, training, discipline, etc. - Oversee preparation of daily activities/duties of Front Desk. - Oversee the completion of checklists; audit checklists for accuracy - Ensure guest arrival/departure information is prepared. - Assist team with checking guests in/out and other duties as needed - Audit daily reports from Front Desk to ensure proper check/cash handling and daily reports are balanced - Ensure that calls are answered promptly and courteously. - Assist with problem resolution - Maintain good communication between departments - Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of Front Desk experience, required - Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience, required - Must po...
