Job Description: The EUC Technical specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end users, both in-person (walk-ins) and remotely. The role ensures that users receive assistance with hardware, software, and system-related issues, helping to maintain smooth business operations through efficient problem resolution and excellent customer service.
