Job Location: As a TPM initially you can start working from Barcelona or Zaragoza until June 2026 and eventually relocate to San Sebastian. About the role: We are seeking experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong managerial background and proven people management skills with technical background. This role blends technical leadership, project execution, and team management in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. Key Responsibilities People Management: Manage a team of 4–6 ML/AI engineers, providing mentorship, career development, and performance evaluations, 1:1s.
