Description KEY ROLE DETAILS: - Location: Vaughan, ON - This role requires travel 1–2 times per quarter to distribution centres across Canada. - Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer with a dotted line reporting to the Global Director of Risk Management & Compliance - Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 SUMMARY: The EHS Risk & Compliance Manager is a hands on health and safety professional responsible for supporting safe operations across Caesarstone’s Canadian distribution centres. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role focuses on warehouse and transport safety, hazard identification, and ensuring the organization meets all federal, provincial, and territorial occupational health and safety obligations. The position maintains and continually improves an integrated risk management system that demonstrates due diligence and supports consistent, compliant operations. The role requires strong people leadership to build trust, engagement, and accountability, as well as change leadership capability to embed sustainable risk and compliance improvements across the organization.
