The Caregiver provides non-medical personal care and supervision to residents in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). The role supports residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity, safety, and independence in compliance with California Title 22 regulations. 1. Personal Care Assistance 2. Medication Assistance (per Title 22) Note: Caregivers in RCFEs do not perform skilled nursing tasks unless separately licensed (e.g., LVN/RN). 3. Supervision & Safety 4. Documentation & Reporting 5.
