The Medical Division is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Legal Secretarial Assistant III to perform the following duties which include, but are not limited to; of office procedures, answering phones and dispensing information for agency officials, track correspondence and requests for action and forward to the appropriate staff - Proofreading medical briefs, reports, and other documents - Listen to audio files and edit doctor's dictations - Read/organize medical records - Maintain medical files and other pertinent legal documents as well as transcribing from various sources. - Experience taking dictation and transcribing notes - Perform related clerical work, including, but not...
