WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: The Press Assistant is responsible for a combination of duties to assist the printing press operator to ready, operate, and maintain press operations within food safety regulations and quality standards. This is a 2nd shift Monday-Thursday position with hours 4:00pm - 2:30am. $1 per hour shift differential when working 2nd shift hours. - Work in sync with the Press Operator for job run and shift efficiencies. - Collect, verify and load materials for each print run ensuring customer specifications are met. - Assist with unloading and labeling of finished goods and component materials. - Maintain accuracy of assigned materials and produced goods in the ERP system using the mobile device - Assist with the print run change over process safely and efficiently. - Identify and mark non-conforming material/product. - Minimize waste th...
