Quality Engineer (f/m)

Job description

What you will do: Collaborate closely with Operations and various business functions to ensure high-quality products and processes ; Supervise and resolve nonconformities, guide problem-solving, and root cause analysis; Lead the initiation, management, and support of c ustomer complaints, product h olds, and potential product escapes ; Assist in developing and reviewing process and equipment validation and approve them as required ; Track KPIs to monitor process quality, analyze trends, and take corrective action when necessary; Possess advanced knowledge of risk management practices and tools and identify opportunities and weaknesses for risk management; Participate in internal and external audits with regulatory representatives and customers, providing clear and concise explanations of areas of expertise; Train and mentor other team members in quality-related topics and activities.
