Location Haverhill, Suffolk: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced operations or production leader within a fast-moving manufacturing environment who enjoys developing teams and improving operational performance. - Proven experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments. - Strong understanding of production planning, labour management and operational KPIs. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies. - Experience managing and developing team leaders or supervisory teams. - Understanding of food safety, GMP and quality standards within a production environment. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills across operational teams. - Highly organised with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability. - Motivated to drive improvements and raise operational standards.
