Underwriter - Financial Lines

We have a new opportunity available a Financial Lines Underwriter. This role will work within the National Underwriting Centre based in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing a renewal portfolio of business for clients across the UK & Ireland specialising in Financial Lines products including Directors & Officers (D&O), Pension Trustee Liability (PTL), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Crime, Professional Indemnity (PI), and Cyber. You will be expected to have technical experience in Financial Lines and uphold Chubb’s standards of underwriting integrity, service, and quality, whilst acting as a strong advocate for the Chubb brand. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a personal renewal portfolio in accordance with Chubb’s underwriting strategy and best practice standards. - Ensure underwriting decisions are made with integrity, maintaining high levels of service and quality. - Attend external meetings as required to develop and maintain close working relationships with brokers. - Build and maintain a strong external reputation, acting as an ambassador for the Chubb brand. - Foster and maintain relationships with key branch and product stakeholders to drive performance and e...
