Job description

What you'll do: - Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live. - Manage multiple small to mid-sized implementations concurrently, ensuring milestones, timelines, and expectations are met. - Deliver projects on time using TrueCommerce implementation best practices and methodologies. - Identify risks or issues and escalate appropriately to ensure successful go-live. - Train customers on solution functionality and best practices through webinars and one-on-one sessions. - Ensure customers are prepared to use the solution effectively at go-live. - Provide clear, timely project status updates and maintain project records in NetSuite PSA. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve software, mapping, and integration issues. - Document implementation issues and lessons learned to support continuous improvement. - Deliver implementation services for ECommerce applications, assisting in set-up, deployment and deployment activities, configuration, integration & troubleshooting for both customers and internal teams. - Conduct thorough Quality Assurance testing of the platform to ensure reliability and high-quality releases. - Ad...
