Role description: Client Focus - In close relationship with our building fabrics surveyors, participate in technical due diligence efforts on behalf of investment companies, collaborating, digging deep, and creating a report for the investors to outline technical investment risks. - Carry out research to identify and collect relevant data and information. - Support the assessment of technical equipment (Elec, HVAC, Fire Safety…) according to the NEN2767 standard. - Support high-level feasibility study for various kind of assets (office, logistics, data centre, labs…). - Deliver, discuss, and present the outcomes to colleagues, clients and third parties.
