Your Responsibilities: Improving DSO (Days Sales Outstanding): - Following up with key customers by phone to improve the cash position - Sending reminders and payment notices - Monitoring WCO / CSR files Bad Debt Management: - Proactively following up on high-risk files - Performing and monitoring credit checks - Registering bankruptcies in the reporting tool, including tax certificates - Keeping bankruptcy lists up to date and cleaning them up - Matching and reconciling payments Monitoring Ageing Balances (+90 days): - Initiating and following up on year-...
