Position Description: Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Tech 4 Welder to join our Carlin Surface Maintenance team to perform mechanical repairs, installations, inspections and preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities: The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive Qualifications: - Act as a mentor and role model - Performs all Welding Technician Tech 3 level duties proficiently - Competent in bed/bucket repair - Competent in wear iron replacement - Leads the job in bed/bucket swaps - Maintain welding certification - Must have 2 years journeyman level mill/mine maintenance experience in a mining environment (or equivalent).
