Job Description Summary Play an integral role in the department's activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of a specific industry-focused team. Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios and preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock. Job Description: Responsibilities: - Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term. Recommendations could be technical or professional in nature. - Undertake strategic and tactical financial analysis, modeling, and evaluation to support business leaders in their decision-making. - Develop and write materials that are highly visible, such as sensitive press releases or speeches to critical audiences. - Develop a plan and follow up to manage net present value (NPV) analysis on candidates (product pipeline).
