Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. Employee will own supplier results and drive quality improvements for assigned suppliers. Select and develop new suppliers through qualification processes. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. Has in-depth knowledge of quality practices and how own area integrates with others in the business. Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business level priorities and accomplish projects with high impact. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Includes both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development. Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, new product introduction and readiness, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
