Associate SEO Specialist Remote: Pella is seeking a curious, driven Associate SEO Specialist to support the growth and optimization of our organic search presence. This role will collaborate across web development, content, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives, support site quality, and contribute to a high-performing digital experience. This position is well-suited for someone with a technical inclination who is also comfortable supporting content initiatives. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can move between auditing a page, writing a ticket for a developer, and contributing to content optimization work. Key Responsibilities: Technical SEO & Site Quality: - Support site audits to identify technical issues including crawlability, indexation, page speed, and structured data. - Monitor Core Web Vitals and flag performance regressions in partnership with development teams. - Assist with QA for site migrations and template launches across staging and production environments.
