Senior Manager, Senior Staff Counsel, Legal Ethics and Compliance Team The role of Senior Manager, Senior Staff Counsel is a full-time attorney position within Asurion’s Legal Department and has responsibility to help ensure that the Company adheres to the Company’s various contractual obligations , through the creation and maintenance of risk mitigation controls including but not limited to policies, procedures, systems, training and communications, and auditing and monitoring. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, decision-making, and time management skills. Experience in contract compliance management is highly preferred. Qualified: - Create and maintain risk mitigation controls, processes and systems to help ensure Asurion’s adherence with the Company’s contractual obligations. - Act as a liaison to other Departments to help ensure their adherence to applicable contractual provisions - Develop a thorough understanding of Asurion’s business, processes, and goals to provide innovative solutions that solve unique or challenging problems - Establishes strong collaborative relationships with cross functional teams, includ...
