The Facility Customer Service Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs. - Location : 610 Connecticut Ave. NE, Roanoke, VA 24012 - Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift - Compensation : $17.82 - $23.11 hourly - Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Build positive relationships with customers - Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately - Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations - Act as a liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security - Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations...
