Being a Neighbourhood Group Worker as part of the Children and Family Wellbeing Service offers a truly rewarding vocation, working with some of Lancashire's most amazing children, young people, and their families. We work with Children and young people aged 0-19yrs+ up to 25yrs for young people with special educational needs and disabilities. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and creative. As a Neighbourhood Group Worker, you will work directly with children and young people and their families, delivering our curriculum offer of quality groups and courses in our Family Hubs, or in district community venues and schools.
