Process Consultant Market to Cash is a Subject Matter Expert in their respective field. Serving as delegates of Global Functions, they bring to life the template processes in the BASE platforms and work together as process teams. The Process Consultant has the mandate to manage and coordinate changes improving processes and tools, as well as review requests for derogations. Proposed solutions are then discussed with Functional Owner and Platform technical teams for approval and then the Consultant coordinates build, testing and release activities performed in multiple functional and technical teams.
