As the face of our lead generation efforts, your team connects with homeowners at retail locations, trade shows, and community events. In this role, you’ll lead from the front; driving results, coaching in real time, and building a team that consistently exceeds goals. What You’ll Do: - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors - Drive lead generation performance and hold team accountable to goals - Provide real-time coaching and conduct 1:1s and team meetings - Analyze performance data to improve results - Support hiring, training, and team development - Ensure compliance with company standards and processes - Travel locally to support events and team needs Requirements: - 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Comfortable with local travel Experience: - 2-5 years in sales, marketing, or customer service - 1-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role What You’ll Get: - $45K - $55K + Performance Bonuses - Mileage reim...
