Production Trainer JBS is seeking an hourly Production Trainer 1 st shift Team Member ! Position starts at $24 per hour. The Production Trainer will be required to achieve department and facility objectives; and must be able to direct, train, coach, and counsel other hourly Team Members in accordance with company policy and procedure. The Production Trainer will implement all training and retention programs at the plant level and is reporting to the Training Supervisor. Responsible for informing and driving company work rules, GMP’s, and policies including the effective recommendation of the correction for employees under their direction.
