Job description

Performs a variety of complex (senior-level) court tasks for judges, prosecutors, attorneys, pro se litigants, managers, supervisors, and other County Departments which may include: preparation, processing and reconciling a variety of legal documents and/or records; researching and resolving problems/issues; and interact effectively with the public. May serve as the court administrator or primary liaison on behalf of the courts to ensure accurate and timely response and/or recording of cases into the court’s official records. May act as group/team lead under a manager or supervisor; and assist with the training of clerical staff. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks, under minimum supervision. 1. Subject matter expert and team lead by overseeing court processes in accordance with established procedures and applicable County, State and Federal statutes. 2.
