HR Generalist: What You Must Have: - Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 6 years multi-state generalist/HRBP experience (including California) required - Experience in the hospice industry is strongly preferred; must have healthcare experience - Ability to work with other employees and provide customer focused support for field agencies - Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
