The Print Shop Shift Lead drives the day-to-day operations of the company’s in-house print shop, ensuring high-quality, on-time, cost-effective production and fulfillment. This role leads a team of print and fulfillment professionals to follow standards, meet deadlines, and be a problem solver for the team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to remove bottlenecks, and be flexible with managing multiple priorities across print production and fulfillment. This position is onsite at our Richardson, TX location. Key Responsibilities: Print Shop Operations & Fulfillment Leadership · Receive, review and assign work to the appropriate printers from the internal workflow system. · Identify and prioritize work for appropriate printers and timelines to ensure printed in priority order. · Ensure that the correct jobs are routed to the printer by comparing print request data to the actual output and samples job. · Review layouts, proofs, and files for print accuracy and production readiness. · Maintain postal records using specified USPS forms. · Enforce quality control standards that meets standards and approve final print jobs. · Ensure adherence to turnaround t...
