Description From your EXPERTISE to ours: Key responsibilities for this position include: - Utilize analytical tools, systems, data, and reports to identify and lead service improvements, supply chain initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities with strategic customers. - Develop collaborative supply chain partnerships with customers to maximize growth opportunities and create competitive advantage. - Lead the development of value-added supply chain services that improve order profiles, distribution efficiency, forecast accuracy, and order fill rates. - Partner with customers and internal teams to align and improve key performance metrics across demand planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales. - Develop and lead analytical reporting initiatives that identify, quantify, and track internal and external improvement opportunities. - Identify scalable customer solutions and partner with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning to implement multi-customer initiatives.
