As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. - No Dialysis Experience Required - Paid Training Provided - Open availability is required Monday - Saturday from 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM (sometimes later depending on patient needs) - Teammates typically work three to four 12- to 13-hour shifts per week. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care - Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment - Set up and maintain dialysis equipment - Record vital signs and patient data - Educate patients on treatment and kidney health - Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements: - Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent - Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment - Physically able to work long shifts...
