| Salary £28,142 - £32,061, Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Pro Rata We are recruiting to a new post within the Children and Family Wellbeing Service. The role of the SEND Support Facilitator is part of the expansion of the CFW SEND Team. The post holder will work collaboratively with teams across the Children and Family Wellbeing Service, Commissioned Providers, Parent/ Carers and the wider Early Help Partnership to ensure that local support is accessible, inclusive and achieves the best possible outcomes for SEND children and Young People. We have five vacancies with positions in: - Fylde/ Wyre - South Ribble - West Lancashire - Rossendale - Pendle In the role of the SEND Support Facilitator you will provide specialist advice, support and consultation to SEND Children, Young People and their families, who are supported by our Family Intensive Support service. You will provide consultation to our team members and partners who work across the Children and Family Wellbeing service and the Early Help Partnership.
