- HR Operation Specialist, WEU 马德里 社招 全职 职位 ID：A209414 职位描述1. 负责海外地区本地雇员及中国外派员工的人力运营工作 （包含但不限于入离调转、合同管理、档案管理、非现金福利，本地供应商对接等）； - 2. 搭建并制定人力运营方案、工作流程、服务标准，确保合法合规、流程高效、良好员工体验； - 3. 集团人力政策流程海外本地落地； - 4. 发起并主导海外人力项目，持续改善人力运营工作； - 5. HR系统数据维护，信息化支持。 - 1. Responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas areas and Chinese expatriate employees (including but not limited to transfers, contract management, file management, non-cash benefits, local supplier docking, etc.). - 2. Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience. - 3. Implementation of the group’s human resources policies and procedures overseas locally. - 4. Initiate and lead overseas human resources projects and continuously improve human resources operations. - 5. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.职位要求有Ops相关工作经验优先 - 1. 本科及以上学历； - 2. 3-7年工作经验，有海外HR工作经验优先； - 3. 有人力运营相关体系搭建及项目管理经验优先； - 4. 英语可作为工作语言，有第三外语经验优先； - 5. 能熟练使用办公软件，有良好的沟通能力。 - 1.
