Position Overview: This is an entry level position, hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Pre-employment Requirements: We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required. Education Requirements: - Validation of high school diploma or equivalent required. Job Duties & Requirements: - Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. - Monitors discrepant invoices and pro-actively contacts vendors to reconcile pricing. - Works closely with vendor representatives to resolve pricing discrepancies. - Constructs cost analysis spreadsheets to evaluate spending per vendor. - Excellent customer service and negotiation skills required. - Must possess basic computer knowledge. - Experience with MS Excel strongly preferred. - Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions, and work independently. - Experience with basic accounting principles preferred but not required. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
