SUMMARY: Greet, welcome and direct guests; provide administrative support to location. Essential Functions: Greet, welcome and direct guests; provide administrative support to location. Answer telephone and route calls to appropriate person/department. Receive and sort mail, package deliveries, etc. Greet and director vendors to appropriate person/department. Answers/forwards guest requests, complaints or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Assist other office staff during periods of absence and down time. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
