Job Title: Voice Engineer Job Category: Information Technology: Time Type: Full time: Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular: Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US: - * * The Opportunity: The Voice Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Cisco Voice environment. A typical day would consist of working through any morning tickets or ongoing issues in support of our corporate-wide Voice environment, monitoring the environment, servers, and call centers for health and operational issues, and correcting any potential issues. During the day this role will work with our other Voice Engineers managing various tickets across the CACI environment, participate in project work, assist in setting and maintaining Voice and Video standards, and wrap up the day ensuring our systems are operational in support of any corporate evening activities. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Required: Qualifications should include 2-5 years working in a SIP environment, including required experience with Cisco hardware and software, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
