The Maintenance Manager is responsible for executing capital projects on time and within budget and preserving the overall health of all assets within the facility. The Maintenance Manager is part of the plant Lead Team and is expected to be a strategic partner to the Plant Manager. - Oversee safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective maintenance work, including routine PMs, predictive reliability programs, emergency response, and facility/grounds upkeep. - Reduce unplanned downtime by supporting planned work preparation and collaborating to improve equipment performance and eliminate recurring failures. - Ensure compliance with state water‑discharge requirements and maintain all necessary environmental and operational standards. - Lead, coach, and devel...
