The Insights team at 1000heads is evolving into a next-generation intelligence function that blends data science, AI-driven analytics, and cultural insight to decode what matters most to audiences and brands. We are seeking a Senior Insights Director to lead this transformation. This is a role for someone who not only delivers best-in-class insights today, but actively shapes the future of how insights are generated, scaled, and applied across the agency and for our clients. This role goes beyond traditional analytics. You will be responsible for embedding AI, automation, and advanced methodologies into our workflows, unlocking faster, deeper, and more predictive insights. From machine learning–enhanced social listening to AI-assisted storytelling and foresight modeling, you will define what modern insights look like at 1000heads. You will partner across Strategy, Creative, and Technology to ensure insights are not just reactive, but predictive, generative, and central to innovation.
