Outreach Coordinator Location: Delaware Remote – candidates must be in or willing to relocate to Delaware to be considered. Join our team! To support our continued growth, we’re seeking an Outreach Manager to lead engagement efforts for residential and home performance programs across Delaware. In this role, you’ll connect our client’s energy efficiency initiatives with residents, community leaders, local organizations, contractors, trade allies, and key market stakeholders. You will play a central role in expanding program awareness, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring a high quality experience for all participants—while enjoying a dynamic, field based position where every day brings new opportunities to make an impact. You will lead outreach strategies and event execution to increase program awareness and participation statewide. This includes coordinating community events, speaking engagements, workshops, and partnerships that support equitable access to energy audits and home performance services for all Delawareans.
