Position Overview Analytics, Decision Sciences, and Research work as a team, which is uniquely capable of delivering a smartly blended solution by tapping a broad set of analytical skills. The Manager is tasked with partnering with key internal and client teams to oversee measurement, insights and performance optimization deliverables. The ideal candidate can push beyond the obvious answers and quickly use the data, tools, analysis techniques and resource partners to get to the root of story. The Manager is a subject matter expert, but also eager in the desire to learn and further develop the discipline. Responsibilities: - Ownership of ongoing analytics and measurement programs for media planning and investment solutions - Work with internal and client stakeholders to development measurement plans including establishing campaign performance benchmarks, media goals, and statistical framework - Manage dashboard and insights programs across campaigns, competitive intelligence, audience analytics - Ownership of brand health survey research programs (insights development, presentations, optimization recommendations) including coordination with external measurement partners such as comS...
