Responsible for compliance to Quality Systems Regulations (QSR). PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assembly of product using hand tool in accordance with specification and work instructions. Performs necessary TQC and documentation signoffs. Responsible for training and learning a variety of workstations by following training guidelines. Flexes up/down the line as necessary. Responsible for learning and compliance to policies/ procedures applicable to the position. Responsible for working closely with department manufacturing scheduler to assure proper work order scan tracking and required work order notes for JD Edwards. Responsible for following department area procedures (D.A.P.) on matters such as KANBAN, scrap/reprocessing, and work instructions.
